Our promise: 30 days to try the Flow
We built the Auriteq Flow to improve your workflow, and we are confident it will. That said, every setup is different.
Try it risk-free in your own studio for 30 days. If it is not for you, send it back. You do not need to give a reason.
How returns work
- You have 30 days from the day you receive the Flow to decide.
- Email us at info@auriteq.com and tell us you would like to return it.
- We send you return instructions and a prepaid return label. You pay nothing for the return shipping.
- Pack the device with its accessories, in the original box, and hand the parcel to the carrier.
- Once the return arrives, we refund the purchase price and the standard shipping costs to the payment method you used, within 14 days.
Signs of normal use and testing are fine. If a device comes back damaged beyond normal testing or with accessories missing, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from the refund, and we will tell you the amount before we refund.
This 30-day guarantee is a voluntary service by Auriteq. It applies to consumers who bought in our online shop and runs from the day you or a person named by you receives the goods. It does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal or your statutory warranty rights. During the first 14 days after delivery the statutory right of withdrawal set out below applies alongside this guarantee, and you can rely on whichever is more favourable to you.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or something is not working as expected, contact us right away at info@auriteq.com. This is covered by the statutory warranty, not by the 30-day guarantee, and we will arrange repair, replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights. The cost of returning a defective product is borne by us.

Statutory right of withdrawal
The following instructions on withdrawal and the model withdrawal form are the statutory texts required by law. They apply to consumers in addition to the 30-day guarantee above.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Auriteq - Eloy Caudet-Roca Garcia, Albert-Steiner-Str. 21, 52134 Herzogenrath, Germany, phone +49 177 4012419, email info@auriteq.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at auriteq.com/pages/widerruf-formular. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us (Auriteq - Eloy Caudet-Roca Garcia, Albert-Steiner-Str. 21, 52134 Herzogenrath, Germany) without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
We will bear the cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
